Prices are subject to taxes for EU Residents.
Standard prices available until 31 August, 2026 only.
*Accompanying person will share a room with a participant, access to full board meal plan and gala dinner but cannot attend the conference.

Individual, Double, Twin...

What do the room options mean?

Individual Room (1 person) - One person per room. You decide to stay alone in your room. Limited availability of rooms.
Double Room (2 persons) - Two persons per room and one king bed. Please provide the name of the Tomatis® practitioner /companion who will be staying with you in the companion name field in the cart, and make a deposit for two guests.
Twin Room (1 person) - You will share a room with one other person, featuring two separate beds. If you're open to sharing a room with a fellow practitioner, we can help you find a roommate. If you have someone in mind you'd like to room with, please enter their name in the designated field. You may choose to pay the full amount upfront or just make a deposit for now, only for yourself.

Terms and Conditions

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancel before March 31, 2026 - Zero cancellation charge
Cancel between April 1 and June 30, 2026 - 30% booking value charged
Cancel after 1 July 2026 - 100% booking value charged
Accommodation will be provided for the 6th, 7th, and 8th nights only.
Early arrival or late departure must be arranged independently
Check-in and check-out are subject to hotel policy
Full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and gala dinner are included in the price.
The convention will commence at 10:00 AM on the 6th of November and will end with breakfast on the 9th of November.
Airfares, visas, transfers, city taxes, and extras are not included and should be borne by the attendees directly.
